DJ Thomas Bohnet of Munich was spinning his Tour de France compilation tunes and I was happy to join ihim on the main stage. We had champagne, too! It was great fun. Les Princes Chameaux from France really got the live show going, while local duo Tuo opened the evening for all their fans. By the time I got to hear DJs Jean-Yves Diss and Mikael Bourdon in the Ampère room and their mash-ups and remixes, I noticed we had the same taste in music. They kept the party going past 4:30 am.
The food catering was done by a local French restaurant brought to the Muffathalle and after eating their food twice (last year as well), I can tell you that Toby, organiser from Club Zwei is very well connected.
A big hello to all the new people I met, French and German. It was great to see my German friends and I was lucky enough to have some Dutch friends join me as well!

On Friday 27 November, not only is Minimatic coming back to town to spin his wild and crazy French tunes as well as his own floor fillers, but we’re letting the man spin what he spins best: sexy, sultry and suave French erotica. And it’s about time, too! Watch out for an enticing and exciting slide show back when sexy was real and not made of plastic.
Born in Nice, raised in Paris and living in Cognac Minimatic can be found on countless lounge, jazz, remix and what not compilations. His first three singles sold like hot cakes and he knows exactly what DJs want to play because he’s also in their shoes. Christmas has come early (pardon the pun!) and yours truly Natashka will warm up the place (pardon the pun!) at the one of the hottest places in Amsterdam, De Nieuwe Anita.
Yours truly we be working the crowd and DJ La Formule du Baron from Nijmegen will be warming up people’s cognac in the foyer!

Mamma mia what a rocking party we had last Friday! The Amsterdam Beat Club/Radio Oh la la goes Cinecittà sixties night was jammed packed with real Italians, including the charming MC Massimo shown here. Singer Flora Dolores gave us two great live numbers in Italian and English, and top stripper Miss Beeby Rose gave a red hot show that people won’t soon forget.
The smoking Italian vinyl of the Amsterdam Beat Club as well as their super Scopitones had the house jumping after have been warmed up by yours truly, DJ Natashka.
And I am very proud of the Napolitan style clothes line I used as decoration.
A big thanks to Olivier the static photographer and Igor the paparazzi photographer.
